Disability
Physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major activities of an individual, a person who has a history or record of such an impairment, or a person who is perceived by others as having such an impairment.

Intellectual Disability
A disability characterized by significant limitations both in intellectual functioning (general mental capacity such as reasoning, learning, problem solving) and in adaptive behavior, which covers a range of everyday social and practical skills. This disability originates before the age of 18.
