Project

A temporary endeavor with a beginning and an end that creates or enhances a unique agency IT product/service or prepares the agency for the shutdown of an existing IT product/service. Projects require the participation of five or more team members for a duration of four months or greater. Projects are progressively elaborated, with the requirements, plans, and schedule becoming increasingly detailed over time as the project is better understood.
