Workplace

Any location, either permanent or temporary, where the employee/contract staff performs any work-related duty. This includes but is not limited to buildings and the surrounding perimeters (i.e., parking lots, client's homes), any remote area where the employee is engaged in official business, employer-owned or private vehicles when used for business purposes (e.g., traveling to and from work assignments).
