Controlled Substances

Amphetamines, barbiturates, cocaine, marijuana, methaqualone, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), and any other substance, legal or illegal, that impairs or tends to impair an employee's physical or mental ability to perform his or her duties in a safe and competent manner.
