Earlier this year, the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) announced improvements and changes to the Lodging and Transportation Assistance Program (LTAP). These changes were made to provide visitors to prisons and reentry centers across the state with financial assistance to help ease the burden of travel costs.
Now that the changes have been in effect for several months, we want to hear from you! DOC has multiple opportunities for family members, incarcerated individuals, and visitors to learn more, ask questions, and provide feedback about LTAP.
