The Case Management Academy (CMA) is a comprehensive training program designed to equip case managers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to effectively assess, engage, and support individuals throughout the case management process and their time under the jurisdiction of the Department of Corrections.
Through a combination of evidence-based practices, policy, hands-on application, and collaborative learning, participants develop the competencies necessary to conduct quality assessments, develop meaningful case plans, apply professional judgement, and make informed decisions that promote accountability, reduce risk, and support successful outcomes.
